They cover a wide variety of topics in general. The different sections of the site are known as subreddits, and many of them are adult-oriented with links to 4k HD porno videos and images. It describes itself as being ‘the front page of the Internet’, and seeing as the Internet is mostly porn, that means that Reddit is the front page of it. It’s a combination of an online news aggregation site, rating site, and online forums where people can spout their opinions, for better or for worse. Personally, I can say that I’m addicted to porn Reddits (certainly NSFW gifs!).
